The Executive Chairman of the Delta State Internal Revenue Service (DSIRS), Hon. Chief Solomon Ighrakpata, has extended warm felicitations to the Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Barr. Festus Keyamo, SAN, CON, on his conferment with the prestigious “Minister of the Decade” Award by the Daily Times Group.
The award was presented during the Daily Times Centenary Celebration, held to commemorate 100 years of media excellence and nation-building by one of Nigeria’s oldest and most respected media institutions.
Describing the honour as timely and well-deserved, Hon. Ighrakpata noted that Barr. Keyamo’s years of public service have been marked by courage, clarity of purpose, and an unwavering commitment to justice, transparency, and national development.
“Barr. Festus Keyamo, SAN, CON, is a patriot, a fearless advocate, and a public servant par excellence. From his days as a human rights lawyer to his current role in driving reforms in Nigeria’s aviation sector, he has consistently demonstrated capacity, conviction, and class,” Ighrakpata stated.
He further noted that the recognition by the Daily Times Group is a testament to the Minister’s remarkable contributions to governance, law, and public communication, while serving as an inspiration to present and future leaders.
