...Engage Etche R' Ekpan In Strategic Stakeholders Meeting
Ahead of the 2027 general elections, leaders and candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Uvwie Local Government Area have intensified consultations with critical stakeholders in Ekpan community.
In the evening hours of today, the Executive Chairman of the Delta State Internal Revenue Service (DSIRS) and National Coordinator of OSU Political Forum, Hon. Chief Solomon Ighrakpata, alongside the Council Chairman, Hon. Anthony Ofoni, Uvwie APC Campaign Director General, Chief Eyimofe Akemu, Uvwie APC Party Chairman, Comrade Sylvester Oghenevwede, House of Representatives candidate, Hon. Ramson Onoyake, and House of Assembly candidate, Barr. Edafe Emakpor, attended a strategic stakeholders meeting with the Etche R' Ekpan.
The meeting was a high-level engagement where the party leaders solicited support for all APC candidates in the forthcoming general elections.
Speaking at the meeting, Hon. Chief Solomon Ighrakpata formally introduced all the party candidates and passionately appealed to the Etche R' Ekpan and party faithful for their total support.
He outlined the laudable projects of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, across Delta State, noting that Uvwie Local Government and Ekpan community in particular have benefited immensely from the MORE Agenda of the Governor.
Ighrakpata stressed that it is necessary to support Governor Sheriff Oborevwori because he is our own, adding that it is due to the strong support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that the Governor is performing excellently. He also highlighted key policies of President Tinubu, assuring the people of more growth and massive development for the country.
In their separate remarks, the Campaign Director General, Chief Eyimofe Akemu and the Party Chairman, Comrade Sylvester Oghenevwede Dickson, also appealed to the Etche R' Ekpan, party leaders and faithfuls for timely and total support for all APC candidates. They further enumerated laudable government policies at both state and federal levels that have directly impacted the masses positively.
Responding, the Etche R' Ekpan and other stakeholders in attendance commended the delegation for the visit and assured them of their support and prayers for total victory of the party in 2027.
The meeting was interactive, fruitful and ended on a note of confidence and renewed commitment.
